Rakesh Gupta
President
Former President and Secretary of Ispatika Apartments, Sector-4, is an M. Tech. (Applied Geology) and a Law Graduate from Delhi University. He retired from the largest steel company of India – Steel Authority of India Ltd. as General Manager (International Trade Division).
The society was adjudged as the best managed CGHS by Delhi Government while he was Secretary in 2002-03 and Best Secured Society by Delhi Police when he was President during 2018-19. Besides this, he is registered with Bar Council of Delhi and a Member of Delhi High Court Bar Association. He is also a Member of Rotary Club Delhi South East and Director, International Service for 2023-24 in the club.

Presently Vice President of the Federation of CGHS Dwarka Ltd., he is President of K M CGHS, Sector-12. A Retd. Air Force person, he joined Delhi Govt. Job and no retired Adhoc DANICS.
He has been on the Panel of Returning Officer of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Delhi and well known for his social works.
Virendra Kumar Jaitley

Commander VK Jaitly is ex President of Beverly Park, Sector 22. He is a Distinguished Alumnus of IIT Kharagpur. He is a Founder and Board Member of PanIIT India. His leadership also extended to serving as the President of the IIT Kharagpur Alumni Foundation, India, where he actively contributed to the institution’s growth and development. Commander Jaitly is also on the Board of IIT Bhubaneswar and SOA University, Bhubaneswar. He is a UGC nominee in the Finance Committee of SRM University, Chennai. He is Advisor to Partha Ghosh Academy of Leadership (PGAL) at IIT Kharagpur. His recently launched book 100 Great IITians: Dedicated to the Service of the Nation, is getting excellent reviews. His earlier books We Can! We Can! and Safalta ki Udan in Hindi and YouTube channel ExcellenceGuru have changed the lives of many. He is also the National Coordinator of Youth4Nation.

He is associated with Kangra Cooperative Bank and several Social Organisations such as Kangra Jan Sudharak Sabha, Bhagwan Shri Ranchhoddasji Maharaj Trust, Rahat Charitable Trust & Fauna Police Animal Welfare Society.

In her professional career, she holds a high-ranking position in the Central Government. As a woman, she has responsibilities both at home and outside. He has very vocally opposed encroachment of public land & footpaths in Dwarka.
